Hi Sacha, this is a tough one. You may have some success with insurance peer to peer if the patient is coming from a state that doesn’t offer surgery. We also have been able to establish those relationships with Medicaid patients from several of our surrounding states that don’t offer surgery by obtaining authorization and gaining a letter of agreement. Your facilities insurance teams would hopefully be able to provide more insight. Good luck!
