Do any of you have templates or routine "bundles" of CPT codes that you submit for pre-authorization for specific anomalies or conditions (i.e. CPAM, TTTS, cardiac anomaly)? I am trying to create standard work for our managed care coordinator to decrease the workload on these patients who have a more standard course of care.
