Posted on request of Sommer Massoni: Our Fetal Care Center at University of Maryland Medical Center is wondering how other centers document medications given to the fetus? We are trying to come up with a fetal weight-based "cocktail" order with our pharmacy but a lot of concern is being raised around the need to make the medication set orderable in our eMAR which would have to be in the mother's chart. If anyone has any input I would love to hear it and possibly connect with you to discuss further.
