Lactation support

I am curious if any of your centers utilize or have lactation specialists see patients as part of their multidisciplinary visit or at any point prior to delivery? We have recently had a few moms wonder about lactation/pumping after baby is born and while the NICU in our children's hospital has lactation support, we have not historically had it in the fetal center. We usually just speak of lactation support in our NICU consults and they meet with the patient after baby is born but I wonder if patients wanted to meet before if they would be open? Let me know what you find out. Maybe some of the bigger Centers have lactation come in during fetal consults??
